TenOneSix will provide property management services as agreed upon in the contract. This includes but is not limited to tenant acquisition, lease management, property maintenance, financial reporting, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
The client agrees to provide accurate property information, access to the property, necessary documentation, and adhere to any agreed-upon responsibilities outlined in the contract.
Fees for services rendered by TenOneSix will be outlined in the agreement. Payment terms, including invoicing, due dates, and accepted payment methods, will also be specified.
The contract duration, renewal terms, and termination clauses will be clearly defined. Termination conditions, notice periods, and penalties for early termination will be outlined.
TenOneSix will oversee property maintenance and repairs as agreed upon in the contract. Details about maintenance responsibilities, emergency repairs, and the process for authorization and costs will be described.
TenOneSix will ensure that all managed properties comply with local laws, regulations, and housing standards. The client agrees to provide necessary documentation and permits for compliance.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and data shared during the contract period. Data protection measures will be adhered to as per applicable laws.
Clear statements outlining liability limitations for both parties and procedures for indemnification in case of disputes, damages, or breaches will be included.
